LEB Broth - Listeria

Swab for collecting environmental samples to identify Listeria on surfaces and environments. The culture medium promotes a favorable environment for Listeria recovery, allowing its growth in the plate. The active charcoal present in the medium neutralizes possible chemical agents that may be on the sampled surfaces, as well as toxins produced by other bacteria, helping to promote a favorable environment for the recovery and growth of viable Listeria cells for subsequent plating on selective agar.
