A lactondensimeter is an instrument designed to measure the density of milk. EMBRAPA recommends a density of bovine milk between 0 and 1 g/ml, corresponding to 2 and 3 degrees Quevenne, respectively. When the instrument is used at temperatures different from that at which it was calibrated, use the table that accompanies the instrument.
